Meet Mitzi.....

How much is that doggie in the window? That's the song that goes through my head when I see this adorable little puppy... Our newest addition Mitzi!!! She is ready to brighten someones day and cheer up anyone else that sees her too!!! And yes she does have a brother and a sister... LOL!

Louis a little brown and white puppy went to a youngster in the hospital, he was missing his real puppy! You should have seen the smile on his face when he saw Louis (his puppy's name) recreated in flowers....

They are all here and ready to make the world a better place! Mark Twain said "The best way, to cheer yourself is to cheer somebody else up." Isn't that the truth? I always feel better when I know that I have brighten some one's day, even in the smallest way.

Fabulous Barbie!!!

Isn't she beautiful? We were recently given the priviledge of doing a centerpiece for the Senior Citizens Services of North Texas "Senior Prom Event". They asked area florist to donate a centerpiece featuring a Barbie or Ken Doll (that they provided to us). I must admit...I got a little carried away with my Barbie! I even made her a tiny wrist corsage!!! LOL
I glued petals from mini carnations to her bodice and made her dress out of all different types of blooms!!! Imagine her as a bride for a bridal shower dressed in all white of course!!! WOW... or as she is for a little princess party!! Such Fun! Hope that everyone is having a Great Day!!! Take care and enjoy this rainy day!!!! Gertrude the Pink Pumpkin!!!

Ureka!!! I have pictures... Here is Gertrude, or Gertie as we like to call her, the Pumpkin!!! She has her little flower witch hat on and is ready for Halloween!!! Lots to do here at The Basketcase!!

Hey everybody!!! It's another great day here at The Basketcase and we are busy as usual. I wanted to share some pictures with you as soon as I figure out how to do that? LOL

We got in some beautiful roses named 'Corvette', they are a Gorgeous watermelon color... so pretty for this time of the year!! I also have some blue hydrangea that is on half price special. Just one stem of this beautiful blue flower is enough to fill a single vase... call today and get one or two...
