Sympathy and Memorial Flowers

We have had the privilege and honor of helping many people express their love, to loved ones that have passed on, through flowers. Lots of our love and emotion go into these floral memorials. We want to always do our very best for our clients and to be able to express their feelings of love and loss, using their ideas and precious items. Below are just a few examples of some of the sympathy arrangements that we have had the opportunity to create.

This is a flower blanket used in a memorial service to actually cover the loved one's body during the service. The blanket measured 3' X 5' and was completely covered with flowers of all colors and kinds, the back was finished with muslin fabric.

This casketpiece was made using color-blocking with flowers. Beautiful.

Double urns

Paper mache makes a wonderful container for sympathy arrangements.

A lovely expression using starfighter lillies, red roses, and spider mums.

This easle was created using the Father's family bible. Which made the piece all the more touching and special.

Sympathy flowers can also incorporate a love of sports or a certain team. This adds a lot of their personality to your loved ones memorial.

Shaped wreaths such as crosses or hearts, can be covered with carnations and beautiful roses for a very striking effect. Your loving sentiment can be expressed on ribbons and added to the piece.

This heart tells a wonderful story of a life that was spent as a Loving Husband.

Unusual shapes also tell a story about your loved one, and the things that they loved!

Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Yeah!!!! Valentine's Day is Almost here!!! The day of heartfelt emotions and joyous love!! OK... ok... the day you better not forget... LOL !! We have lots of wonderful things for you to give your special Valentine... Here is just a small sampling of pictures below!!! Here is our Big Red Hot Love Valentine... Fun at the Bridal Market

Well the Bridal Market has come and gone!! We were there all day and saw lots of things... The picture below shows what one vendor was offering... a photo booth to rent for your reception!! It was so much fun... they had hats, and glasses for us to use, to add more fun to the pictures!! After the pictures come out, immediately I might add, then one half goes in a book for the bride and groom and the other half to the guest!! What a fun idea!!! This was our booth... the theme: Black and White with Blue flowers!!! The balloons in the back were glammed up a bit by using REAL ribbon instead of curly ribbon... really cute idea!!

Here is a close up of our new banner and notice, please, the little black and white pots... each pot contains a single blue aggie (agapanthus) flower... to give it a topiary look!!

The bridal bouquet below was inspired by a wedding we saw on the web... the bride's dress is below this picture... it has a black and white stripe sash on it... soooooo cute!!!! Notice the feather detail on the bouquet... nice...

Here 's the dress..... so cute and different!!!

Our centerpiece made with white flowers and Blue Delphinium the container is a garden urn and available as a rental... Gorgeous!!!

The cutest little flower girl ever!!!! Her Mom was a model in the fashion show and so was she....

On Saturday, January 16th.... The Bridal Show will be at the IMPEC!! So many things to see and of Course The Basketcase will be there too!! Below is a picture of our booth last year and the wheels in my head are turning.... thinking of the theme for this years booth!! So many ideas and only so much space.
